Established in 1985, Black Canyon Anglers is recognized as the largest and most experienced fly fishing outfitter on the Gunnison River.  The company specializes in wilderness float fishing and walk and wade trips through the spectacular Black Canyon of the Gunnison.  Exciting whitewater rafting trips are also available. Knowledgeable and entertaining guides, quality equipment, and attention to detail are combined with the beauty and isolation of this exceptional wilderness river canyon to provide our clients with an experience of a lifetime.  The Gunnison River is noted as one of the top fisheries in the country and is famous for large rainbow and brown trout.  The Black Canyon's unique geology and wildlife such as bighorn sheep, river otters, and eagles only enhances the quality of these trips.
