Jamie worked full time as a guide with Black Canyon Anglers for many years and rose to the position of head guide before moving to Littleton, Colorado to start a "second career" as a regional manager with NAPA. He still makes his way back to the Gunnison River on occasion to guide a trip and get his fix of the Black Canyon's steep walls and the Gunnison River's big rainbow and brown trout.
